CRYSTAL INFO:

Hematite – A very “positive” based stone. Can help one to find their own, unique gifts and to release self-imposed limitations, while still maintaining a healthy amount of self-control. Hematite aids in the Ascension process, by facilitating the integration of higher spiritual energies into our physical 3-D existence. This allows those who are doing spiritual work to still be able to function in the physical world and relate to others. Yours is likely the dark more rounded version.

VEGAN CHALLENGE DAY THREE:

We are eating for connection and compassion today. The foods chosen for each of your meals are a reflection of what is not just good for you and vegan… but also because the promote connection. Less about what the foods contain and their direct reflection on attracting friendship… but mostly to get you into the spirit of sharing. I mean… who doesn’t love sharing ice cream and pizza!
BREAKFAST: Scream: Freeze 3 bananas, in the AM, blend and add your favorite seeds and the cocoa. (yes you are eating ice cream for breakfast)
LUNCH: Keep it Light Salad: Cole Slaw mix, Strawberries and a non-cream dressing of your choice. You can use olive oil or coconut oil with lime salt and pepper if you don’t have one. (this reminds me of “ladies who lunch)
DINNER: Mexican Pizza!!! (preheat oven to 420) Cut Zucchini in half and hollow out the core. Combine Pinto Beans, diced red pepper, and brown rice in a saucepan and add Mexican spices. Head and simmer. Drizzle oil on zucchini and season with salt. Fill with saucepan mixture. You can add a vegan cheese if you’d like (optional/not for everyone) Bake for about 20 minutes @ 420. Top with cilantro and olives. Yum. (duh, we eat pizza with others like almost always)

CHANT:

Om Mani Padme Hum – is mostly known as the compassion chant. Tibetan Buddhists believe that saying the mantra (prayer), Om Mani Padme Hum, out loud or silently to oneself, invokes the powerful benevolent attention and blessings of Chenrezig, the embodiment of compassion. People who learn about the mantra naturally want to know what it means, and often ask for a translation into English or some other Western language. However, Om Mani Padme Hum can not really be translated into a simple phrase or even a few sentences.
