Amethyst has healing powers to help with physical ailments, emotional issues, and in Energy Healing and Chakra balancing. VEGAN CHALLENGE DAY TWO:

We are eating our purpose today! You are eating foods today that serve you a purpose both nutritionally and mentality.
Breakfast:  Oats: Coconut, blueberries and any seeds you’d like. (make oats with almond milk or water) Coconut is chock-full of medium-chain triglycerides, fats that keep your brain healthy and fuel better moods. Darkly colored berries lead to weight loss, decreasing the formation of fat cells by up to 73%—that alone will improve your mood. But berries also carry heavy doses of vitamin C. Pumpkin seeds are like crunchy little nuggets of Prozac Helper. They’re one of the best food sources of an amino acid known as tryptophan, which helps the production of serotonin in your brain.
Lunch: Celery Boats: Cut celery into segments. In a bowl combine cauliflower (cooked), rice, and pinto beans. Add a little water and Mexican spices. Fill the celery boats with the mix and drizzle a hot sauce if you’d like. If you are transporting this lunch… I’d keep the mix in the bowl, warm in a microwave and fill at work. We are eating celery because it is a fat blasting food and can be eaten in abundance! The rice and bean combination will provide some nutrition and protein elements for the day.
Dinner: Sweet Asparagus!!! :Sweet potato (or regular if you don’t have/like) layer on oil /or coconut oil/ or vegan butter, lay down bed of arugula, layer asparagus, salt and pepper, and some warmed chickpeas. Potato in general is an inflammation fighter and dense nutrient food. Asparagus is one of the top plant-based sources of tryptophan, which serves as a basis for the creation of serotonin—one of the brain’s primary mood-regulating neurotransmitters. Asparagus also boasts high levels of folate, a nutrient that may fight depression.
TREAT ME: Dark chocolate and nuts/seeds of your choice. Turns out chocolate’s delicious taste isn’t the only reason it makes you feel so warm and fuzzy. The cocoa treat also gives you an instant boost in mood and concentration, and improves blood flow to your brain, helping you feel more vibrant and energized.

Ara Kara’…. is a sound that rearranges the atoms of your consciousness. When Ara Kara begins to affect your psyche, then the old mind, which thinks in certain ways, begins to fall apart. A hindu chant to boost self confidence, remove blocks and shift the mind.
